    The staff and service were excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet and well managed. The pool was very private and refreshing, an excellent way to spend the day. The breakfast offers a large and delicious selection. The location was perfect: walking distance to everything you need; on the excellent bike route to Puente Duero and Simancas; and just one bus to downtown Valladolid. It couldn't be better.

    We really enjoyed our stay, the ensuite room was perfect, very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. Having secure parking is also a great facility. We will stay again.

    Amazing staff always happy to help even when you don't speak very good Spanish, The breakfast is excellent and worth the money. Good hotel parking for your car. Very safe. Easy access to the town center via the bus and motorways. And a nice shopping center over the road.
