    Even for a hostel this place falls somewhat short in several areas.Although there is a fridge guests can use, there is no communal kitchen for cooking or even access to plates etc.The included breakfast provides bread but no toaster, only 2 cereals and I had to ask for cold milk.The place was supposed to have wi-fi but it didn't work throughout the building or on the hostel's computer.The other problem is the desk is only attended for a few hours each morning, after which the hostel door is left open all afternoon/evening, straight onto the street, so anybody can walk in unchallenged. That being said it seemed like a fairly safe area and there is a bar downstairs whose staff can help you if there is a problem and everyone we dealt with was nice.It's good points are that it was clean (but sterile in feel), very quiet at night despite having a window onto the main street and although it's not in a very picturesque part of town, it's only a 5 minute walk to the main bars and less then 10 mins to the seafront.You expect basic from a youth hostel but unfortunately this was way too basic and the cost was the same as any other place, about 23 euros per person for a bunk bed.
