Location

This charming city and conference hotel lies right at the heart of the city. In around 10 minutes guests may reach the Guggenheim Museum enjoy a stunning view over the Ria (the channel) and the Calatraba footbridge. Arbando (Renfe) train station, the FEVE (tourist train to Santander) and the metro to Bilbao is just 200 metres from the hotel. Scores of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within easy reach (500 metres away). Just 100 metres from the hotel guests will find the coach transporting visitors to the airport. The nearest beach is 12 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 348 rooms, including 24 suites, 49 single rooms and 265 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.
