  Exceptional Hidden Gem of an Apartment Hotel

  Loved this place. Fully equipped, quiet and comfortable apartment. Front desk were marvellous - so incredibly helpful and friendly with suggestions about where to go, printing out maps, and helping getting things working. Washing powder, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and Nespresso pods were all provided. Wonderful toiletries in the bathroom. Location superb, right by the Zubizuri pedestrian bridge and two blocks from the Funicular. You can walk easily to all the major sights in about 15 minutes. La Paserela across the street won the best tortilla in Bilbao competition last year. Several supermarkets nearby. If I come back to Bilbao I'm staying here again!   An ideal base for exploring Bilbao

  A great choice if you want both calm and connection to the city since it sits in a quieter pocket of the city, away from the constant flow of Casco Viejo and the Guggenheim, while everything (including the train and funicular) is still within an easy walk or quick tram ride. The front desk team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Our room was spotless, surprisingly spacious, and a comfortable place to unwind after a long day.   A perfect choice for our holiday - Abba Suites in Bilbao City Centre.

  The location was excellent and close to everything that we wanted to see in Bilbao. Our suite was perfectly laid out and spotlessly clean - all amenities were there for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was quietness in the area so we had restful and comfortable nights. All fantastic.   Perfect home away from home

  It’s the second time we stayed here and we couldn’t be happier, the place is so perfect. The staff is super friendly and they gave us both a very early check-in as well as a late check-out for no additional payment. We had a spacious apartment which is well equipped with a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and laundry machine, bathroom with a tub and dressing area. The windows close well, so you don’t hear the street noise. The bed is large and super comfy and there are additional blankets if you feel cold. Wifi works well and there’s a desk for working. There‘s a kettle, a Nespresso machine, toaster, ironing board, safe, two TVs and the kitchen is well enough equipped to cook a full meal without issues. An Eroski supermarket is 3 mins walking away next to the funicular, the Guggenheim is 10 mins away and there are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance of 10-20 mins but also a really nice restaurant directly around the corner, Zubizuri jatetxea, and two bars across the street. It’s a true home away from home. Two friends of mine came to stay here for a night and also loved it. We will definitely come back!

  I accompanied John W and partner to your hotel in Bilbao, he happened to share your rude response when he left feedback regarding his stay. We also stayed in the Abba Suites for those nights and were not impressed with the receptionist . Your rude response misses the point. It was the Receptionist who chose to do nothing to investigate the source of the noise. I'm sure had she gone to establish the source of the noise the neighbour would realise that their actions were impacting many others who were staying in your hotel at the time and perhaps move along to finish the job a bit quicker. the neighbour seemd to be using very large equipmnet to clean a patio. How inconsiderate of them and how rude of you as GM. I will certainly make sure any in my network who might visit Bilbao do not stay at your hotel.
