Location

This hotel is situated in the old town of Bilbao, just in front of the La Ribera Market, just a minute's walk from the river, between Bilbao La Vieja and Miribilla, the new quarter. It is an area of growing cultural and artistic activity - the Teatro Arriga is some 300 m away and it is around 800 m to the Guggenheim Museum. Guests will find restaurants and clubs very close by, although this is a relatively quiet neighbourhood. There is a bus stop nearby ( lines 50,56 and 77), a tram stop (Mercado la Ribera), a train station (Abando y Atxuri) and a metro station (Abando y Casco Viejo). Bilbao Airport is around 10 km away.

8 single rooms and 40 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     It was a very good stay. Excellent service and a warm welcome. A wonderful team working at the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. And a great location.

    The hotel is not bad if you are staying one night. It is not worth staying more. The rooms are smalls. Over all it is worth for price but not so. Comfortable.

    Pleasant basic clean hotel ideal for short city break..Fernando on reception very informative on the area and pointed us in the right direction as did all the guys. Safe area security everywhere don't know why some reviews said different. Room cleaned every day the girl even folded up clothes that we left on 🛌 no need what a gem.1 negative a small fridge in the room for water wld be fab it does get hot there all in all we were very happy with the hotel.

    Okay, we know this hotel is amazing value, but you can also park a car safely over the road, eat within 100m, or stroll through the old town just five minutes away. Our old friend Fernando was on night duty and we missed him, but Miguel understood my limited Spanish, sorted out the parking and advised on where to visit. Café Zubi-Ondo is a few metres down the road, for instance. Pleased to see cleaning and sanitising activity throughout and a clean tidy room. (I forgot there are shutters are to blackout the room). One night in Bilbi isn’t enough and it’s worth taking a few days at this price.

    Booked a last minute 2 night stay, very efficient check in with Fernando, his knowledge and enthusiasm of the city is amazing. Room 701, basic but great value for money, served our needs, clean, nice shower, comfy beds, if being picky msybe an extra pillow, didnt ask, I'm sure it would have been provided. Close walk to old town, Riberia tram stop and Casa veijo metro stop, would reccomend
