    They don t have baggage store

    They don t speak English.They dont have baggage storage.They are rood.The check in is 16.00 and they don t give you the code to be in the hostel before 16.00.Careful you are going to stay aout with your staff to wait until 16.00. Also on message they dont let you know that you can t go in the hostel Very disappointed ☹️I loose one of two days in Bilbao.

    there were a few lads in here barking like dogs but it just added to the whole exschperience. left my Athletic Bilbao shorts in here so if you find them let me know.superb location and great craic. 5*

    This hostel was great . Not only was the room spacious and comfortable, Personal were extremely friendly and helpful. the hostel was also great. Perfectly located as well. Prices are ok I recommend this Place

    You should pay to have your basic stuff, like balnkets.The room is over crowded with 20+ beds in a small space.The workers attitude is really strange towarda residents and they dont speak english well.Not recommended at all!

    The price is great and the location is amazing, straight across the river from the Guggenheim - but I'm not sure how you're supposed to book a bed. I emailed twice and made contact via the website as well but didn't hear anything back. I took a gamble and turned up anyway; the receptionist said he'd got my emails, but he hadn't done anything about it, and now the hostel was full. Lucky there's another hostel nearby.
