    We showed up one week to early: our fault. The big woman said: your problem, I can't do anything about it. Back home we asked booking if that was true, which wasn't so: the establishment can cancel and reopen, so they lied and earned double money for the same room. Reaction afterwards: not my problem, Im in for the money. My conclusion: not customer friendly and I would not go there. arboliz, Propietario at Casa Rural Arboliz, responded to this review You had a reservation from an angency for the 28th of August for 3 nights. You came on the 21st. If you had cancelled at that moment you would have lost your reservation but you decided not to cancel that perhaps a friend could come. On the 28th no one came and the next day the agency was informed of your "no show" and you were charged the corresponding fee. Those 3 days the room was unoccupied and it wasn't offered on sale because it was paid. I have a contract with the agency and if I don't comply with them I'm penalized...if I comply--the cliente penalizes me?

    Agree with all in pennylane report but v disappointed with breakfast of 3 slices of white, supermarket toast- one pat of butter and pot of jam. Also fruit juice and cup of coffee. Not really worth €4.5

    Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a trip around Spain. The area is lovely, wonderful coastline, great beaches, lots of countryside. The owner is very friendly although we couldn't speak Spanish so we were unable to chat. She was very clear though and explained things well when checking us in. The room was spacious and clean, two comfy beds and a TV. Huge balcony area with sea view which was lovely. Nice bathroom. The hotel has a nice outside area with tables and seas overlooking the sea. There is a kitchen but you have to pay to use it. We got the breakfast, it was toast and croissants, not the best but certainly enough. Great value for money and really enjoyed our stay.
