  The staff make this hotel. Everyone we encountered was smiling and happy. The reception staff were fantastic especially Tatiana who helped us so much and couldn’t not do enough for us. The rooms were a good size and always clean. This was our 3rd stay and we would definitely return. It should be noted though there is a steep hill if walking into the Town.   Our fourth time at this hotel. Consistently high standard with large, clean, well appointed rooms. The restaurant is good, particularly for breakfast. The lobby bar is friendly and has a wide variety of snacks and drinks. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Has ample parking on site despite being so close to the city centre. Would definitely recommend.   The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very well prepared and well managed even though the hotel was fully booked when we were there. The gym is excellent, particularly for a hotel gym.   Amazing hotel!

  The location was great. We were 10-15 minute walk downhill from the Casco viejo. We had a bus stop right in front of the hotel which was amazing to get around Bilbao. The atmosphere was great, very quiet, very clean around the hotel and felt very safe. Inside the hotel the atmosphere was great, very clean, it smelled amazing, they had water with cucumbers and tea’s available for guests free of charge. They had a bar, and a gelato station as well. The rooms were super clean, spacious, big bathroom, modern, quiet. We asked for the laundry service we called the main lobby and they immediately sent someone. Very friendly staff and Tatiana was very helpful, patient and had a lot of information for us to know where to go and what to see. The restaurant was AMAZING!!! We had breakfast everyday in the hotel everything was freshly made, a lot of options, very clean around. Lunch and dinner was amazing as well and had a lot of options. In value it was a bit pricey BUT very worth it. I would 100% recommend this hotel and if we end up going to Bilbao again this would be my first choice of hotel. La realidad que Bilbao fue un lugar maravilloso, los locales bien amigables, dispuestos a ayudar al turista y el hotel fue maravilloso. Estuvimos en familia unos 24 días por Europa y puedo decir que de todos los hoteles este fue el MEJOR hotel en el cual nos quedamos, y mira que nos quedamos en buenos hoteles. Regresaría y me quedaría nuevamente sin pensarlo. Gracias a todos y a Tatiana por su amabilidad y paciencia y al staff de limpieza que hacen que el huésped tenga tremenda experiencia y quiera volver nuevamente. Tremendo equipo!
