    A modern hotel that does everything I need from a hotel. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The hotel is right next to the football stadium and above the coach/ bus station. It’s also only a 20 minute walk from the old town

    This is a gorgeous hotel, perfectly placed for the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room was quirky and we loved it. The WiFi was great, the shower was great. We appreciated the tea / coffee making facilities. The bed was comfy.Getting to the airport bus with our luggage and tired legs was a breeze! We would definitely return to this hotel.

    A modern hotel with excellent location next to buses, trains, metro and tram. A walking distance from Guggenheim too. Impressive reception/ lobby with a huge video wall. Very friendly service everywhere. Very tasty buffet breakfast with friendly service. My family really enjoyed to stay here.

    Buen diseño. Sensación de confort. Excelente relación calidad/precioPero sobre todo destacar la actitud del personal: profesional, cercana, empática, alegre. Entusiasmados con su hotel y el proyecto que representa lo trasmiten y lo mantienen adelantándose incluso a las necesidades del cliente. Llegue enferma, de paso, en medio de un viaje de trabajo. La estancia, de unas 24 horas, fue sanadora. Good design. Comfortable feel. Excellent value for money.But above all, I would like to highlight the staff's attitude: professional, friendly, empathetic, and cheerful. They are enthusiastic about their hotel and the project it represents, and they maintain this enthusiasm, even anticipating the needs of their guests. I arrived sick while traveling through the country, in the middle of a business trip. The stay, which lasted about 24 hours, was healing.

    This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we would always choose to stay here in the future when we come to Bilbao! It’s a wonderful hotel, fantastic location for the bus station and always a great price.
