    Excellent customer service! Lacking food options in the hotel and area so purchase food before arriving.

    I had problems with my phone calling to get shuttle from airport but used their email to reach them. Extremely quick response. Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast for a fee is provided. There is a restaurant very close by in a neighboring hotel that serves meals. Room was good, had what I needed!!

    Happy with my two nights here. So much cheaper than staying in Bilbao. Uber into the city reasonably priced too. Excellent shuttle to and from the airport

    This is a functional hotel near to Bilbao airport. I arrived at 9 pm. Check-in was functional. No pleasantries. I asked if there was anywhere to eat and was told simply no. I said I had a car to drive somewhere for food and again the answer was no “but try uber eats.”After putting my stuff down I went outside for a wander and there was a Holiday Inn opposite with a restaurant serving good food. Only 100 yards away.Room was fine. Clean and functional.Left early the next morning.

    TV Sound is limited to a volume level of 12, not an audibly good setting to listen effectively.Air conditioning is preset so it does not allow knocking the humidity out of the room.Breakfast is 18 Euros per person. Basic fatty meat and boiled eggs that do not peel properly.No wash rags provided.

    Stay away from this place. Service none. Airport shuttle does not accept any luggage. There’s another hotel 50 m from this one. That’s much better. 5 a clock in the morning shuttle bus refuses to take golfbag. I was the only passenger. Big shuttle, princip says the reception. Taxi for me instead. Pathetic place. Stay away
