    It’s an ok hotel, it’s a hotel to stay in before your flight. The rooms are clean and the beds good. The staff on the front desk are lovely and helpful.This is not the Ritz in London but it is good value for the price compared to other places in Bilbao if you have an early flight.The main down side is the restaurant and bar are not open at weekends

    This hotel is a complete rip-off. The reality is nothing like the pictures. We booked a double room and ended up with twin beds. The room was super basic and not that clean. We paid 150 a night for this. No shops or facilities nearby. Strange setup as rooms only on the 5th floor. No TV signal. A kettle and one sachet of instant coffee. A dingy bike store behind the hotel without individual locks and no pump. You'd be far better off in Formula 1 or equivalent. Very disappoint - avoid for this money.

    Great rooms, close to airport. Spacious, clean and bright accommodation. Close to both airport and town. The chap at reception was so friendly and extremely helpful! We are so grateful for his kindness and consideration. Highly recommended hotel.

    We were here for a cat show, what a comfortable arrangement! This hotel is unique, it used to be a monastery, some beautiful rooms with those colourful windows still there. Rooms OK, also beds. The breakfast was a bit strange as we had to purchase every coffee and every sandwitch separately. The restaurant was plain and cold, the food average.

    Dire ...booked because EasyJet flight was cancelled and felt I needed a room near airport Staff were friendly but the room stank of damp, dining room & cafe closed on a Sunday, in the middle of nowhere. Staff not even able to provide an empty glass.
