The commercial district as well as a selection of museums are 10 min away on foot and San Mamés is the nearest underground station and lies just 3 min from the hotel. Further links to the public transport network and bars are to be found directly beside the hotel and shopping venues are to be found 500 m away whilst it is 200 m to restaurants and nightclubs. It is well worth paying a visit to the nearest beach, which lies some 10 km from the hotel.

Facility

5 suites, 21 single rooms and 150 double rooms are located on 13 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     This hotel was a real let-down. Check-in was painfully slow and badly organised, with staff appearing overwhelmed by their own process. Unfortunately, some members of staff also came across as borderline rude rather than helpful.The biggest issue was the room itself. On entering, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. When I asked to move rooms, I was initially told to wait while maintenance investigated instead of being offered an immediate solution. Only after further discussion did they finally agree to move me.The restaurant and bar also lacked any atmosphere whatsoever — it honestly felt lifeless throughout the stay.To make matters worse, housekeeping cleaned the room on day two but forgot to leave any towels. After calling reception, it still took around 20 minutes for replacements to arrive.Overall, a very underwhelming experience with poor service standards throughout. A real shame, as the hotel itself could have potential if management improved the customer experience.

    I would not recommend or ever stay at this hotel again . Room was ok , clean bed and bathroom . More like a hostel than hotel . Came back to have a drink in the bar at 10.50 to be told it was closed and this was a Saturday night . Music blaring over head from the time we arrived . Not a good experience

    Good hotel. Spacious room with tea/coffee facilities. Hotel is across from football stadium and around the corner from Gran Via so plenty around. Hotel also around 30 minutes walk from old town. A lot of previous reviews mentioned the noise but the weekend i was there i didnt notice anything too loud.

    A city stop with two children (9&12 years). Family room was very spacious, clean and modern with all toiletries included, robes and slippers. A comfortable, peaceful night and a continental breakfast. Plenty of bars and restaurants on doorstep if you are looking for cooked breakfast. A 5 min stroll to San Mames stadium, a stones throw from a big undercover car park and tram stop. The tram takes you anywhere you need, one line into the city centre and old town. We walked into the city and back a couple of times, all flat and scenic. Visited Guggenheim Museum. We went during their Bilbao Festival it was very busy and lovely with so much going on. Reviews had concerned me, but nothing to worry about!
