Location

This establishment is situated in a wonderful place full of ecological wealth, including Urdaibai's Biosphere Reserve, declared by the UNESCO as World Heritage Site in December 1984. The apartments are located close to Laidatxu beach and offer beautiful views of Urdaibai. Restaurants and bars are just a short walk from the hotel, and links to the local public transport network are some 400 m from the complex.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 14 apartments. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere.     This was our fourth stay at Mundaka Apartmentos. Maria, the owner, is communicative and so helpful. The rooms are clean; the location is perfect for easy access to both the train and the bus.

    We had the sea side studio and it was perfect for my husband and I. The owner of Mundaka Apartments was friendly, helpful and went beyond to make our first visit to Mundaka exceptional. The apartment was clean and was spacious for a short visit.     We just stayed a night but wish it had been longer! Lovely base from which to explore Mundaka and the surrounding area. The apartments have everything you need and there's some nice cafes and bars nearby for food.     Lovely apartments but need fans

    These were lovely apartments, in a brilliant location. It was a minute to the small beach and we could see the sea from our apartment. There is a bus stop from Bilbao just outside and shops about 2 minutes away. Firstly the good. The apartment was clean and well furnished. There was a job, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Lots of pots and pans too! The balcony was big and has a lovely view. There was free, fast WiFi and the beds were comfy. We did get new sheets and towels(though only twice, on the last 2 days of our stay!) Check in was fast and reception spoke English. The receptionists were very friendly. However as mentioned on other reviews, the nights were warm and there was no air con or fans available so I hardly slept that week. When I left the balcony open I got bitten by mosquitos and the noise of the road and a dog was loud. Our shower didn't drain (room 34) and even though we mentioned it to reception, it didn't get fixed so we had to make a plunger. Overall we loved it here and will come back again, and learn to surf!     Great appartments, self catering, noit that you need to cater for yourself with all the bars and restaurnts open early for coffee and Pincho's, very friendly and helpfull reception staff. Place is close to the town center and just a very short walk to the beach.
