Location

This attractive city hotel is located in the heart of the city centre only a few metres away from the Guggenheim Museum and the House of Representatives. In addition, there are plenty of diverse restaurants and bars around 50 m away. Links to the public transport network lie just a couple of minutes away along with numerous nightclubs and shopping opportunities. The nearest beach is about 10 km away and Bilbao airport is around 13 km from the hotel.

Facility

28 single rooms and 43 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Good location in Deusto area of Bilbao, convenient for Guggenheim, pleasant staff and clean rooms. Could have perhaps done with a small fridge but was glad of a (free) safe and plenty of wardrobe room. Bath/shower enclosure a bit awkward and shower slightly ropey. Good free wifi. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms.     Sleepless nights due to overnight construction

    Don’t book this hotel as long as the construction next door continues. The city is allowing the construction all day and night and the hotel has not warned guests or discounted the rooms. The entire night they are pounding the ground and heavy machine work is happening all night. The reception doesn’t make any apologies or concessions for guests and just says it’s the city government’s fault!
