    This was the 4 star hotel booked with Romanian agency Dertour . We travel with a 3 years old boy. You must have more expectation from a 4 star hotel. Complete ignoration. We do No recomand! There am more photos . And this was also garden view to a hallway with aircondion

    My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable – clean rooms, good service, tasty food, and a peaceful atmosphere with few people around. A special mention goes to the bartender Lefteris, who always served drinks with a smile, and to Georgios, a very helpful and professional staff member. They truly made the stay even more pleasant.

    Thank you for a nice stay at the hotel. Ladies at the reception were very helpful, especially Maria. The food was tasty (especially Tzatziki and Suovlaki). We consider staying in Crete successful.

    Great staff, super location and very chilled holiday

    Great location in the centre of Hersonissos. Our room was at the front overlooking the main road, however is was not at all noisy and we slept OK. I would recommend paying for the A/C though, especially in June,July and August. It is around €5 per night. We were on the All Inclusive board basis, and we were not disappointed with the food available. Plenty of choice every day and as my wife is Gluten Intolerant, the chef walked her round every meal time to explain what she could eat, there was always 6/7 dishes plus the salads. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the general manager (Spiros) was exceptional helpful and was great to chat to. Would we stay again? - Absolutely
