    This is a nice hotel in a good location but my room was a bit disappointing. I did like that I could walk up the stairs to my room & back out into the lobby (stairs went to the 4th floor). My room was #406 which is a corner room with a lovely view. However, it overlooked a busy intersection & the windows are very poor for sound proofing. I was up early with the traffic daily. It was quite busy/noisy & the walls didn't seem very sound proof either. The room was really dark & the television is poorly located - very difficult to watch from the bed. Otherwise fine - bed was comfortable, room spacious, with fridge & some kitchen supplies. Staff friendly & accommodating with a late check out. Price good for location near ByWard Market & Rogers Conference Centre.     Perfect for Families

    We stayed here for a little getaway for March Break with my sister and our kids. The suite was perfect for two families. The adults got to enjoy night time while the kids were tucked away in their own rooms! The pool was a great hit with the kids and kept them entertained in this cold weather. A big thanks to Varlene at the front desk too. She was super helpful, set up our stay for success and made everything a breeze for us!!     Great stay at this hotel. The suite was spacious, clean, and perfect for our weekend trip.     We had a pleasant stay at Les Suites Hotel Ottawa. The hotel is well located downtown and the suites have lots of space.
