    Beds are poorly designed, bottom bunk is so low to the ground and has a fascia board across it which you hit your head on or your back or some part of your body every time. The pillows are like bags of cement. You have to make your own bed, no hardship but this was the first time I experienced that. Could be disruptive for others if you arrive late.Would it hurt the staff to acknowledge you when you walk in? Like a smile once in a while?The common spaces don’t seem to facilitate conversation, the dining area is so tight you can hardly get past each other. Nice idea to throw in breakfast but it’s just crap cereal, processed bread and the same fruit for 3 days gently rotting in the fruit bowl.2 showers and 2 toilets for about 20 guests on my floor, running out of toilet paper and hand towels.

    I stayed here couple nights.+ very friendly staff+ athmosphere at downstairs (common area) was very cosy+ simple breakfast (toast, fruits, cereals, buisquits)+ location at the middle of the old town- rooms very bit gloomy- the heating of the room was bit problematic: ac made upper beds hot, while bottom beads were still coldCould stay here again sometimes.     I relaxed friendly atmosphere. Our room was spotless and quite comfortable. An interesting mix of customers, young and no longer young. Breakfast included, which was a surprise. Now off to the Guggenheim.

    Pretty good enviroment, everything was so clean and confortable. Breakfast are really good too. The staff help us in a lot of things too like restaurant recomendations, places to visit, ways to go to the airport, they were so nice :). Highly recomended.     I am happy I chose to stay here for two nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable. It could have been because of the covid-related restrictions, but I couldn't depend too much on the breakfast: bread, butter, marmalade and cereal were available, more for a sweet tooth than a morning starter.Overall, I had a pleasant stay, I'd recommend.
