    Nice hotel with perfect location. The staff is smile and polite. The room was big but there was dust on the surface.

    We had very good stay at the hotel. Our room was face to the Main Street and 1st floor so we thought it might be noisy but our room was well soundproof and very quiet. We did not hear any traffic noise or sounds from neighbors.My parter was really impressed how room is quiet! (he is very sensitive about sounds)Also room is specious and a big comfortable bed, a big bath, separate shower and so soft & fluffy towels!!Staff were friendly enough, breakfast offers a good variety of foods (fruits, cereals, pastries, cold meats & cheese and hot foods)Hotel locations is really central and everything close…metro, tram, train, bus and department store (there is a supermarket upper floor) so very convenient location!! Cafe Iruña is 5 mins walk and airport bus stop 10 mins walk.Only negative feedback is we had one bathrobe and one pair of slippers even booked for two persons but it is the minor thing, if we ask they would provide it but I had my travel slippers so I didn’t ask it.Overall we had great stay, thanks!

    Most issues we had revolved around the room. There was a bad smell of damp which we discovered was due to a serious shower leak. The room amenities were missing, room was cleaned very late in the day and the walls had stains on them. Construction outside and lifts breaking during our stay left us feeling like we paid 5 star for a non 5 star experience.

    I usually don’t post reviews as a travel professional but these types of hotel not labelled properly are hurting our businessI had decided to ignore the negative reviews…This is not a 5 stars and barely a 4:- pool is shown on third party booking but is extra payment (50€ for three for one hour visit)- junior suite (700€ for two nights) on 1 st floor looks like half grounds, windows are highs so you don’t really see outside, room is rather small- no parking (third party 7min walk) and no sign outside the hotel for where to stop- no one to welcome you and help (concierge desk simply put on busy on the phone line when we left, no means to have help for luggage despite being with a pregnant woman)- forgot to make the extra bed, extra towel etc for kids- AC was not working (came in it was 18 and they had to change from reception to make it work, never sent anyone to help)- reception staffed with young folks and no real managers- type of service or when you call not at all five stars, no hi, no help… just “wait and we will see” and hanging up abruptly - room had a lot of scratch everywhere Bottom line for a 5stars radisson collection, you get no service and below radisson 4* quality.I have raised all these points when there, no response to any. Could have started with yes we advertise the pool but it’s 20€ per person! Very disappointed

    really bad experience for this level of hotel. cold bath water at all the 3 nights, dragging furniture all the time with really bad sleep nights. a nightmare for this level of hotel.
