    MISLEADING PRICE. They ask for more than you booked for booking.

    The hotel itself was not bad, room and bathroom simple and clean. The problem is this: through booking we reserve parking, room and pet for a price. Booking gave us the option to pay at the property the reservation and we accept (the price when booking is supposed to always be closed). When we arrive at the hotel we are told that booking is wrong and sent to pay 15€ extra for parking and 15€ instead of 8€ (as we booked in booking) for the dog. The increment of the dog impossible that it was for the size because when going to pay they did not see the dog, besides it is dog is very small in size.     It looks like everything is very old and the rooms look damp. The cleanliness was fair because you could see how the pillow mites consumed you. The worst noises. A couple all night of spree and fo..... all night without any modesty made us not be able to catch an eye. We're not coming back. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.     Very bad customer service at reception desk

    Our car broke down in front of this hotel. As our phones got robbed the night before, we asked this hotel if we could use their payphone to make a collect call to Belgium. Reluctantly the uninterested clerk at the reception called his boss, who refused us to use the phone - even though we would pay for the call! Of course we searched for another hotel in the area to spend the night. A very crappy and unfriendly way to treat a potential customer ...
