    Day time reception ladies were not supportive, both were avoiding talking to us. We used to stand in front of them and she was avoiding us. Never greeted how they were doing for others

    This hotel is very nice and provides a full breakfast buffet. Great location with views of the river and Guggenheim. The only negative is the beds are very hard.

    Great location for the Guggenheim and views of the river. Short walk to old town and the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive.
