Stayed here for one night in August 2025.Pros:1) The rooms and bathrooms are clean and were of adequate size.2) The front desk is manned 24 hours and the staff was very courteous and helpful.3) The hotel has an attached underground parking.4) The WIFI was free with good speed and connectivity.5) The place is within the Zamora city centre and you can walk to all sights. 6) There are plenty of options to shop and eat close to the hotel.7) The place is very quiet at night and the sleep quality was great.Cons:1) The parking spots are small and you will struggle parking a big car.2) The tariff was a bit on the higher side.

Very good one night stop

Couldn’t fault this hotel. A little difficult to find in the City Centre, but SatNav helped. Welcomed by smiley girl Doris on Reception who was very helpful in explaining the whereabouts of the underground carpark in the next street below the hotel building. Room was very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, though no milk. Mini bar if required. Very good shower. Fifth floor room very quiet. Breakfast very good with fresh orange juice and usual continental fare.Overall can recommend for a one night stay in Zamora on the way from Santander to Portugal.

Wonderful place ...in the heart of town but closer to the stores and restaurants...a decent walk from the Castillo. Nice walk tho. Excellent room with on site parking (12 eu.) ... surprised how really nice this was including breakfast. All nice staff especially the breakfast waiter ..buffet but he got us coffee and toastas and offered to warm up the croissants etc. really nice stay right in town

Terrible, absolutely horrendous hotel. Do NOT stay here!

This hotel has great location. That's the only positive aspect. Everything else was absolutely, irredeemably terrible. First, the room's only window was into a dark air shaft. Second, the hotel is old ... very, very old (and not in a good way). They still use plastic punch-card key cards, which I haven't seen since the 80s! Third, the room was prison-cell-tiny and smelled of sewage; the hallways smelled of stale smoke. Fourth, the staff were uniformly unhelpful and unpleasant. Worst of all, they completely destroyed one of my bags that I had to leave at the reception (because they would not allow me to check out 1 hour later!). And to top it all off, they lied and claimed that they would compensate me and then wasted my time over the following weeks with endless emails back and forth, all without ever giving any compensation. Do yourself a favor and definitely DO NOT STAY HERE!

Good hotel located in the city center. The room was good size, nice clean bathroom. The parking garage is a bit tricky to locate, we drove to the hotel entrance and inquired at the front desk how to get there. It's on the narrow side street leading to the hotel. Email them for the directions to avoid trouble looking for it. The garage has a narrow entrance suitable for small cars only. The staff speak rudimentary English.
