  This hotel is in the centre of Zaragoza.Near the tram station and neighbouring clusters of restaurants.The rooms are good, staff is cooperative and hotel premises are excellent.I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Zaragoza

  A very stylish reception area

  Well this is a strange little fins.A weirdly stylish hotel that uses a LOT of room to make a big statement. At only €80 we can't complain. It was a lovely surprise around the communal areas. Just keep walking and turning corners, there's more and then some more!! Sadly the bedrooms were seriously understated. The bedroom we had just did not fit with the beauty and cleanliness in the rest of the hotel. Mouldy shower, boring bedroom with absolutely NO mirror to use for make up, hair dressing, appearance!! A soap dish is much needed in the bathroom sink

  The hotel is so bla, has not charm, character. Everything is white and boring, rooms are nice size , but decoration is poor and cheap.Receptionists were nice, breakfast was ok not incredible like other people said, the girl working preparing breakfast very helpful.We had rain one day so was not much to do, and was not TV in the room.Location is ok walking distance to the old city, true that the neighborhood is not the best.

  Perfect service. Travelled with pet ( dog) for first time,so very pleased with level of understanding and expertise…Hotel very comfortable and amenable for us too…!No questions too troublesome and staff extraordinarily helpful.Organised transport ( taxis with our dog ) without missing a beat…

  Tried to cancel our booking when we arrived even though we booked direct through their website

  Although the hotel is really beautiful inside the street the hotel is on seems like quite a rough area with homeless people and drunk people passed out and the police constantly patrolling the area. We arrived late after nightfall after a long day of travelling and just wanted to get to our room and relax. We were informed that although we had booked the hotel direct through the hotel website with a dog there was not any dog friendly rooms available. My dog is a small very lazy sausage dog who would not cause offence to anyone. They told us all they could do was cancel our booking and give us a refund. We felt this was unacceptable as the fault was not with us and instead of accepting the responsibility for their mistake and providing us with a room they were asking us to leave and book somewhere else late at night.I felt bad for the girl behind the desk as she obviously would have liked to have helped us but was left on the desk on her own at night without being given any authority to make decisions on changing rooms that would keep guests happy.Eventually after refusing to cancel and waiting half an hour anxiously for her to get through to her manager we were given a room on the premise of a 150 euro deposit for the dog.As it transpired the room was dog friendly as we found a 'do not disturb, dog inside' hanger inside the room. I think it was just purely that all the standard rooms were taken and they didn't want to give us a free upgrade. The stress we experienced of them trying to cancel our booking on arrival and waiting anxiously half an hour to see if we were going to get a room really spoiled our stay here.The local area is also not very nice with some unsavoury characters at night and only fast food restaurants in the local vicinity.
