Excellent hotel and super central

This hotel enjoys an excellent central location, just a short walk from the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar.Guests can briefly stop in front of the hotel to check in. Afterwards, the receptionist will provide directions to the parking facilities. The hotel cooperates with a nearby parking garage, enabling guests to park their car for a discounted rate of €15 per night.We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but luckily room 012 was already available. What an amazing room! It was extremely spacious and came with a whirlpool bath. The room also included tea and coffee-making facilities, a safe, and a refrigerator. The air conditioning was remarkably quiet, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring both the whirlpool bath and a separate shower.Breakfast is served in the basement, where there is plenty of seating. The buffet offers a wide variety of options, all of which were fresh and very enjoyable.The freshly squeezed orange juice is always a welcome bonus.A fantastic hotel overall, made even better by its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel that allows dogs in the heart of the old town

We stayed here in room 205 and it was lovely. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was clean as well and had a very nice shower. This particular room has 2 windows that look out on the square and beautiful church next door and that was very nice. This room has 2 separate beds that are pushed together. Not the best for a couple but not the worst either, They allow dogs but it is 20 Euro a night which is a bit steep but they do give a dog bed and two bowls. This room also has excellent AC which was very nice as it was 90 degrees all the 4 days we were there. If possible, ask for a room that looks out on the square. The view is lovely. The desk staff was very nice and helpful and spoke English well which was a great assistance. Breakfast was very good. Room was oddly shaped but quiet. A/C worked well. Good location. Not a 4 star hotel. Staff should learn to smile. There's nothing actually wrong with this hotel. It's clean, really well located, and not terribly expensive. Old world Charm in Zaragoza

What a gem of a hotel! We stayed here over Easter weekend 2026 and throughly enjoyed it! I This hotel has old world charm in a completely updated and sophisticated manner. Everything was very clean and well presented. The rooms are spacious. nicely decorated and have fully equipped bathrooms. The reception area has a comfortable area for relaxing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. It is plentiful and has a huge variety including fresh squeezed orange juice! Lovely presentation and very attentive and polite staff. The receptionists are all multi lingual, knowledgeable and kind. They very patiently gave us tips as to what to see and the best ares for drinks and tapas. We are so glad to have found this property and hope to visit again soon! ( One suggestion, try to visit during Easter as the processions are numerous and so unique and start at the church right adjacent to this hotel.
