Clean and quiet hotel, which offers a comfortable level of accommodation and a quality breakfast. The downside of the hotel is that you are far from everything.

Disappointing Second Visit

We actually booked in twice at this particular hotel.The first time on our way down through Spain. We enjoyed our overnight stay there. The welcome was nice on reception. Our room was lovely and the food I the restaurant was too. I had the complete burger and my partner had the pizza. On our drive backup, we decided to stay at the hotel again. Again, the welcome was lovely. However, our room didn't have the second pillows available, the shower was a bit wobbly as was the toilet seat. We went down for some food and is where it went downhill. The restaurant was fairly busy, we sat down and perused the menu, I had already decided to have the burger again, my partner went for pesto pasta. The food came out quicker than we expected. I heartily tucked in only to find my food was cold, the chips were what I would say, overcooked but cold, so,probably got from a hothold of some sort. The egg was cold, which puzzled me a bit as it was meant to be freshly fried.. The burger was really cold. I took it back to the bar and the waiter was quite rude. There was no apology. He just took it into the kitchen and didn't really say much but scowled.I waited for someone to come and say that my food would be ready soon, but no one did. When it did finally come out, the waiter brought out, again, no apology. the chips were dried up, the bun also. There was a fresh egg overdone, the burger was like rubber in parts. All in all, terrible service, my part of the meal was terrible. When a waiter finally came to ask if things were OK, it came across as false. He went on to quickly explain that it was someone in the kitchen, so mistakes can happen which, is fine, if that was the case. We were very disappointed with our second stay and has put us off from going again.

Commercial hotel on Industrial park near the airport. Adiquate for overnight stop, we were travelling from Denia to Santander. The hotel is large & clean with what appears to be good facilities. The underground parking is secure, the rooms are basic but goog size with comfotble beds. A good selection of food for the buffet breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant which is fairly basic & the food is the same, frozen pizzas, burgers, salads etc. there was what appeared to be a very nice "menu del cena" (dinner menu) available, three courses for 16.50 euros but when we enquired about it we were told that it was only available to Spannish ????!!!!!!!. We complained to the staff but were just "Fobbed Off" with "Hotel Policy" so we complained at at the reception where we complained about this rasist policy but again it was a case of denial although the duty receptionist did say that she would speak to management about it. Bare this in mind should you decide to stay.

An option for Zaragoza if you are traveling by car

We stayed at the hotel during a road trip. The Hotel is located in an industrial area with no services. It is far from the city center.The room was very spacious and clean. We stayed in a triple room with a living room and a small kitchenette. The bathroom was also in good condition.The rate was without breakfast so I can't give feedback on that.Free parking was offered (not sure whether or not it was included in the garage). However, parking outside the hotel seemed easy.At the back of the park there is a large park, which allows for a pleasant walk.The gym was in good condition, but it was so hot that day that it was impossible to use it (maybe my fault because I couldn't find the Air Conditioning control)

Huge room in 1980's style, free parking. No tea/coffee making facilities and on a large industrial estate

Huge room with 1980’s vibe, looked as though it could do with refurbishment. Helpful staff. Room well equipped with fridge, microwave but no tea/coffee making facilities or cutlery/crockery. Situated in the middle of an industrial estate well away from any tourist spots. Free parking underground.
