  I stay in this hotel 3-4 nights per week. It is always easier to mention when things are not done properly but people forget to mention good experiences or when expectations are exceeded. I would like to say Thank You for an exquisite dinner this evening. The restaurant team, Alex and Marlon were brilliant and Sandra created an extremely delicious experience, I would encourage everyone to try her soups and most precisely the “Crema de Calabaza”. To ensure dining availability, I always book the table after I check in. Value for money, the hotel, services and restaurant, have never failed to deliver for me.

  Room was silent and it was in the 8th floor. Beds were too hard for me even I dont like soft beds.Reception was good. There was smell of tobacco part of reception hall, dont know where it came.Breakfast was good, variety of fruits, warm food, yoghurt and so on.

  Our family stayed here on our 3 week road trip through Spain. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, I did have a couple of minor issues. We were checked in for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) but on the Saturday morning reception had called our room to say we needed to check out because they had us booked for one night. After my husband went to reception to show the booking confirmation it was all sorted but i got the impression no one knew what was happening which didn't inspire much confidence! The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to the town. The rooms are incredibly dated and could do with a renovation but overall clean. There is secure parking on site which can be paid for when you check out. For the cost of the room, i would say its pretty good value.

  We stayed for one night whilst travelling.On arrival there was no electricity in the hotel due to some engineering works.To my surprise, this meant we couldn't access the very old room safe as it was mains powered, so we had to wait in our room for power to be resumed or carry our valuables with us around town.When power finally came back on we found our safe didn't work so instead of changing our room the hotel provided a new safe which they simply placed loose on a shelf, absolutely pointless!We were relieved to leave the next morning.

  Disappointing, probably good for just one night

  The location was good - about 1/2 - 3/4 mile on foot to the plaza. The offerings in the breakfast buffet covered all tastes and needs. The bedrooms were large with ample closet space and surfaces on which to place things.Disliked · I rented 2 rooms - a 1 bedroom suite with a sitting area and a double room with 2 beds. The upholstered furniture in the sitting area (loveseat and club chair) was in dire need of cleaning. I laid a blanket on the loveseat so I could sit on it.The air conditioner worked well in the sitting area but not in the bedroom. Housekeeping was inconsistent - upon arrival, I poured water into a glass then found lipstick on the edge. One day they partially cleaned the room and did not return to finish it.The bathrooms in both rentals contained a huge, round bathtub, requiring one to climb in and out of it to shower - no safety bars. We found the toilet area floor sticky on arrival and it was never cleaned during our 4 night stay. Facial tissue ran out on day one and when I requested more, I was told there wasn't any more and I was given a roll of toilet tissue instead. We requested toilet tissue for the double room and it was never delivered. The front desk staff was friendly but not helpful as they did not appear to know much about the area.Overall, this was a disappointing stay.
