I do not give this hotel 5 stars for the reason that there are not many restaurants or markets near the area (I ordered food through Uber eats and it work fine). Out of that, all other aspects are well covered by this hotel. Low price, comfortable beds, good AC and hot water and location is near train station. You can take bus 603 (among others), near the hotel and get to the city center in 20 minutes for just 1.50 euros. No need of taxi. The breakfast is another positive point. Well presented and replenished. The waiters were very attentive and serviceable. Also, the front desk personnel were very attentive and courteous. Recommended 100%...

Not up to normal Exe standards

Not easy to find! The instructions say that the hotel is just across the road from the railway station but we had to ask a friendly security guard to point us in the right direction. The hotel, clearly for business travellers, is underwhelming and is in need of renovation. It’s a long way from the city and you need to get a bus to get there. We couldn’t get in our room door upon arrival and, after trying to ram it a few times, had to ask the receptionist to help. She showed us the correct way (keycard in, out, quickly!) otherwise we would have been standing in the not-so-nice hallway all night. The room was basic but we hadn’t paid much for it and weren’t expecting luxury. It was nice enough and was clean. Only two power plugs (one of which wasn’t working), insufficient for today’s needs, and none by the bedside for powering up phones etc. The bathroom fan didn’t work.We wanted to use the safe in the room but couldn’t work out how to. There were no instructions. Another trip down to reception where we were told there were two types of safes, one with a numeric pad and others (like ours) that needed a special card. To get the special card, we’d need to leave a deposit of €20 and she’d have to call a colleague to set it up. No thanks! We went out for dinner clasping our wallets close to us.Two positives: the aircon worked well and the breakfast was good. Constantly replenished and, except for the orange juice, of good quality. Upon reflection, we should have gone for a hotel in town instead.

Great value, stones throw from the train station

This is a great value, very clean, pretty new hotel over the road from the ridiculously large Zaragoza train station. Great beds and pillows and very strong air conditioning. Walking distance to town and bus stops out the front.

Good value clean hotel

The hotel is about 5-10 minutes drive from the centre of Zaragoza, over the road from the mainline station. It's clean and comfortable and quiet. Service in reception was always helpful and professional. The cold buffet breakfast had a good range of options. Book via the Eurostars website to include free secure parking and breakfast and it is extremely good value for money.

In transit to Ordesa y Monte Perdido, we stayed there for one night but our stay was pleasant. The hotel is adjacent the train and bus station, we traveled by the bus with baggage thus we found the location is superb convenient. Our room was facing the main street, the mountain view in the far side was fantastic. The room is big, clean, bed was comfortable, got everything we needed. Most impressive was the service - the staff was very helpful. My friend needed to change her plan and got to board a train for Barcelona in a few hours. It was at late night, the Renfe ticket office was closed, she got to purchase the ticket online but everything in Spanish (we don't know Spanish). The staff supported her all the way until the ticket was successfully booked online. Thanks for their help, she could reserve the last ticket for the train she selected ! We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Zaragoza !
