Good value, well located, friendly staff.

Small hotel which is well located for access to the centre. Good basic breakfast with very friendly staff and good coffee made to order. Bar area is pleasant and staff are attentive and hard working. Room was fine ... Just remember to lower the shutter at night as street rooms are on a level with residential apartments opposite. Large bathroom. A few restaurants/cafes in surrounding streets. Near to tram/bus stop and there's an estanco nearby where you can buy a Tarjeta de Bus for reduced fares.

    Economical and basic

Small double rooms - 2.8 to 3 wide per 3.5 meters long. Some face a dark and filthy inner courtyard I photographed below.Even worse the floor is made of paper...Only the three corner rooms are large. It's actually almost two floors of an apartment building.

    Nightmare trip/wonderful staff

    rating19 Dec 2023

We stayed here for 4 nights because our insurance company sent us here after our car broke down on the way to the U.K. During this time the garage to where the car was taken were very awkward relating to the car. The reception staff were fantastic translating for me and basically doing anything they could to help The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a pretty basic breakfastThanks to them all

Average room but a labrynth of corridors to negotiate and difficult car parking

    rating06 Aug 2018

The room was average but not outstanding, the bed was old and the mattress too soft, but we did sleep. The air conditioning was essential (38c outside by day) but was either ON or OFF and it stopped working during the night and morning. Being a city centre location, parking was difficult - we paid for underground parking a few streets away but it was far from convenient to get the luggage and a dog to and from the hotel. Our room was truly difficult to find, a lift, around corridors, through a fire door, a lift, a locked door, an ante-chamber and finally our room. Not for the easily confused (like me - I got lost!).

Mediocre room in an apparently 3 stars hotel

    rating23 Feb 2016

This apparently 3-stars hotel was offering a single room at an affordable fare (yet a bit more expensive than other options in Zaragoza) I choosed it, trusting to the three stars, and deception! First, the room was not soundproof at all, I heard the neighbor snorring all night. Second, this particular room has definitely some problems, there was a strong smell from the toilet during the night. I believe that I would sleep etter and pay less in another hotel or guesthouse.
