  Unfortunately, we were unable to stay as my vehicle was too tall for the parking at the hotel, or anywhere else in Zaragoza.However, l am extremely grateful for the very helpful and professional service given to us by the staff.Next year l shall bring a car rather than a van.Thank you very much to the lady receptionist who was amazing!!Kindest regards, Nic.   We booked the hotel on the strength of the underground carpark, but the hotel is so much more .An easy stroll to the centre of a beautiful city. The reception staff were superb, helpful and informative. If you’re planning a trip to Zaragoza, look no further for your hotel

  We stay only One night and we really enjoyed to have chosen Cesaraugusta.Hotel Is in a good position close to historic centre Easy reachable by foot. It Is available a garage with gate to park and from It, you can go to the reception by a lift. This Is very useful since outside, on the street, It Is hard find a Place where leave the car on the street.Room clean... Just a note about temperature that can not be regulate. Room was too hot in the evening, a Little cold in the morning.

  I did extensive research on best hotel for the price and this one was the best. Upon my recent experience, I was absolutely correct. This is a great value and using bus that stops in front of hotel, is the best way to reach town.   Poor now - Has the potential to be so much better

  We were made to stay here as we had a problem with our car and our insurers booked this. We were on the way to Madrid and missed out on a night a beautiful hotel there and stuck here.I had never heard of Zaragoza and thought it was a lovely place when we ventured out to get dinner. This hotel is not far from the centre where we found amazing tapas bars.The theme is quirky and the marble floors nice. Not a particularly good if you have mobility issues. I was on the first floor it still had to go upstairs after getting out of the lift (I’m on two crutches).Breakfast was ridiculously poor. Only a couple of cakes made fresh. There were only two types of cereal and no milk. The kids had to get some from the coffee machine.The beds were rock hard and the throw put over the sheets were disgusting. I saw pictures of a room on here and the same throws on the bed. The definitely do not get washed between users, make sure you take this off straight away!Rooms are big, location good. Entrance promising Just a bit more care please!
