  Brilliant on edge of city , great overnight stop modern clean and spacious, secure parking underneath and great cafe/ restaurant very reasonably priced had a lovely evening meal there 10/10 it was better than anything I’ve eaten in a restaurant for 1/2 the price considering the time of year! It’s neat the airport so I guess it’s ideal for travellers. The staff very professional and seem happy with their roles there. Would definitely stay again!

  Functional hotel - out of town

  Driving through Europe we stayed overnight whilst in Zaragoza. The hotel is out of town and 20 mins drive to the historic centre. The hotel is a functional business hotel. Rooms were OK. Service mediocre - notably the restaurant manager was surly. Food under whelming. I am sure there must be better hotels in Zaragoza.

  Excellent Hotel with some disappointing faults

  Our experience was top class until check out. We had paid for parking on check in, fortunately we used our credit card. We did not take our'ticket' receipt, but the room card permitted access to the car park. This was proof enough, in our minds, of payment.However, on check out, receptionist was adamant, that we had not paid for parking, in a quite aggressive and insulting manner. This went on for some time, as we were upset at the insinuation of dishonesty.Eventually I had to open my bank account to show the credit card payment.This experience left a very bad taste, and delayed us almost 15 minutes. The hotel needs to improve staff training and their computer system.

  This is a lovely hotel, the rooms are spacious, the staff are very pleasant and helpful.The restaurant serves reasonably priced and plentiful food.My only bug-bear of this hotel is that they use the cheapest and thinnest toilet paper known to man!

  Amazing hotel if you‘re traveling by car!

  Modern hotel with inviting design, easy parking in front, spacious rooms, clean, comfortable, quiet. We slept well, the beds were really good. The breakfast did not leave any desires unfulfilled. The rate we got for the night was very good, too. Recommended!
