This is labeled a 4 star hotel but it has some major flaws, some unforgivable - like their wifi not working, or no air conditioning when it was 24 C outside. Only the heating system worked. The internet looked like it allowed you to connect, but no wifi, and if you need wifi to plan, or book things, it's crippling. Other than that, it is a very nice room,bed comfortable, no USB ports by bed,had to unplug the lamp to plug in phones. It it literally in/ above the train station, so there is noise, but nog so bad. Bath is huge, but shower spray gets on the floor, creating a hazard. We expected more from 4stars and the price. I will try not to stay at Eurostar again.

Do not trust their Booking Protection

Terrible! Booked a room at Hotel Eurostars Zaragoza with Booking Protection via Orbitz (Expedia). I cancelled the reservation withing the allowed period but neither Hotel or Orbitz (Expedia) have not refunded the payment. The only explanation was that "subject to the rules and restrictions of our vendors". There is no reason but just this meaningless message. I would will never ever use Hotel Eurostars Zaragoza and Orbitz as they can take your payment and refund it even if you have booking protection.

Check-in Process was smooth and a nice welcome, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about my stay.The room was Large, but not welcoming, there where put up 2 extra beds in the room, which made it a bid cramped.Room 297 was located towards the platforms, and you get the enjoyment of diesel trains standing at the platform for 10-20 mi yrs with the motor on and sending noise and vibration to the room, the station is build in 2003, so was a bit surprised that it’s possible to get so much noice in a room.But was there for sleep l, so left in the afternoon and came back in the evening. If you are from the countryside and like peace and quiet, the. Please do not book a room here. I felt like I was “sleeping” next to the train in the platform, I had to check my noise reader on my iPhone, it’s 55 dB.So was not much sleep I got.Going down to breakfast I was almost attacked by the breakfast staff, if I had paid, trying to explain in calm English that my partner had paid, I was escorted to the table of the waiter like a police escort and we showed the receipt, no sorry, no enjoy your breakfast, but again… “Es personal”So all in all a bad stay and a bad experience, and I’m sure I’m not the only one sleeping in this hotel that has this “fun adventure” So for the first time in my life I chose to give 2 star to a hotel, as the check-in was nice. Management I’m sure are familiar with this problems, but choose to still rent out rooms, Only advice to other travelers are that you should try to get the rooms with even numbers as they are towards the parking lot

The 4 th flood was long way to reach and very complicated ! Had a group of elderly people who were tired to reach their rooms ! You have to take elevator to 2nd floor then you walk very long way to reach another elevator and take it to reach 4th floor ! Rooms are very basic ( no bottle of water ) had to go down the long way again to buy one ! Dinner was very basic and terrible ! If there is a zero point I will give it to them !

Stayed here for one night, only positive for this hotel is it being next to station. Check took along time so a long queue and very slow when you got to the desk. Member of staff we got only spoke Spanish even though hotel says speaks English/French so used translator which was fine.Our room was in part B which is a lift, a long walk and another lift away. So if you have mobility issues ask for part A. In the room no tea/coffee facilities or even a bottle of water. There was a fridge but nothing in it, it did say downstairs a mini bar was in the room. We arrived at 8.00pm at the station and nowhere to get drinks/food from. The city is a taxi ride away. Room was very warm even though we had a/c on lowest setting. Certainly not a 4 star hotel! Wouldn’t stay here again.
