I visited this hotel for 2 nights as part of a 46 person tour group and had a poor experience...The hotel is massive, but some parts of it are out of use. I was able to enter and leave through a single entrance opposite the reception desk. This required a 5 minute walk and the use of 2 different elevatorsOn the second day of our stay, all members of our group found themselves locked out of their rooms, necessitating yet another long trek for new keys. The front desk clerk could not explain the key failure and suggested unconvincingly that we all might have stored keys "too close to our cell phones"The worst part of my experience was the 2 buffet style dinners we were provided. On the first night the buffet ran out of chicken within 15 minutes, and after some delay staff provided pork filets too salty to eat. The second night included a shortage of bread and fruit. Rubbery calamari was served and left behind on the plate by many. On both nights, ground meat was the only alternate proteinHotel staff running the buffet appeared either indifferent, or outright grumpy, seeming more concerned about shooing people away from food laid out for other groups than in removing dirty plates between courses.

Handy for the trains

It was perfect for my needs. I was arriving late on a Friday evening at Zaragoza Delicias and leaving at 06:48 the following morning on the train to Canfranc Estación.Don't expect the hotel or the station to provide adequate eateries. It's best to take food with you if you're arriving late.The room was spacious and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.If visiting the centre of Zaragoza is on your agenda, it can be done by taking the Ci3 circular route bus from outside the hotel at the bus station and returning to Zaragoza Delicias by taking the Ci4 circular route bus. Oh yes, the flat fare is €1.75.

Had a 2 night stay here whilst in Zaragoza with work. The hotel is clean and functional but lacks atmosphere Rooms are fine with a large bathroom and a good workspaceMy main issues with the hotel were twofoldReception is too slow. They often only had 1 member of staff on the desk. It took me nearly 20 mins to check in and a lengthy period to check outI didn’t like the fact there is nowhere to get a drink or snack in the hotel other than breakfast. You have to walk into the station and the hotel feels a bit isolated for me as a result. It’s quite a way from the old town but lots of Ubers around to the you inOverall an ok stay but I wouldn’t rush back

Look it was super convenient, and checking and check out were fine. Rooms were fine, everything was fine and really basic. Good value but a serviceable hotel not luxurious in any way.

In Zaragoza, the central train station and bus station are located quite far from the city center. This hotel is convenient if you need to be close to the station. We had a suite—it was very spacious, with a huge panoramic window, a smart TV, and massive decorative features, like a huge ceramic vase. However, the bathroom fixtures were clearly outdated. We checked in late in the evening, just as the train from Barcelona arrived, and there were quite a lot of people waiting to check in. However, the entire check-in process was handled by a single receptionist. We waited in line for about 15 minutes—and this is in a 4-star hotel, where having at least two receptionists at the front desk at all times is a mandatory requirement for a 4-star hotel.
