I often visit this hotel as I have family who live close by. On this occasion I brought my car from the UK. Before leaving my home in England I contacted Marcos at the hotel and he was amazing. He read me that he would reserve me a place at a secure underground car park adjacent to the hotel giving me great peace of mind.When I became confused with the registration system at the car park Lucia on reception made a special trip to the car park to assist me. Exceptional customer w! Tsueh on reception guides me to a shop nearby open on the Sunday evening for me to get a few essentials. The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic as are the chamber maids and breakfast staff. I can’t recommend this great hotel enough! Outstanding!

I contacted this hotel to book direct. They proposed a price of 460 euros for one person for 2 nights. I finally booked only one night on Booking.com for 88 euros!!! same date.Several days in advance, I sent a message to say I would like a room on a high floor with a lot of natural light !I arrived around 1 pm. They gave me a room on the first floor with THAT view! see the picture! I called the reception to ask if they had seen my request ! They said they were going to be full that night !Later they called to say I could change room if I wanted but it was too late, I had an appointment in a few minutes and I had a special evening that night so I had to hold my dress!How could they be so unprofessional !Plus, the room had much too soft matress, no coffe machine, no kettle, no iron or iron board, no safety deposit box and they call themselves a four star hotel! NEVER AGAIN !

In our superior rooms you can also find a kettle in the room, however when you requested the kettle one was brought up to the room without any problem, so we are quite surprised by your comment, since a solution was always sought for you and if you requested something you needed it was delivered without any problem.As you can see in the rest of the comments, the strongest points in our hotel are the attention of our staff and cleanliness. It was my second stay in this Ilunion hotel in Zaragosa, but this time for a four day holiday rather than just an overnight. Chosen for its location next to the Auditorio, it has extremely good transport links to anywhere you might wish to go to in Zaragosa, notably the tram and the many bus routes (particularly the circular).The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. Will very happily stay here again for my next trip to this lovely city.

Nice hotel next to Auditorio de Zaragoza and Estadio La Romareda

During my duty trip to Zaragoza I had the pleasure to be accommodated in nice hotel ILUNION Romareda. Hotel is very well situated right next to Auditorio de Zaragoza or football Estadio La Romareda. It is only 10 minutes by bike to historic centre, there are convenient bicycle paths available in the city. Rooms are not specially big, but they are always clean, personnel is very communicative and helpful. I only had breakfast included, still being very satisfied with variety and quality of the food served.

Good: spacious rooms, clean, furniture, nice staff, next to the stadium Not so good: location from city center - quite far, average breakfast, not enough shower gel, staff could improve their English
