We stayed here for one night whilst travelling.We didn't book breakfast as we needed to be up early and on the road.On arrival we were allocated our room and told reception of our intention to leave early the next morning.The room was perfectly serviceable with a safe and fridge.On arrival in our room we immediately noticed a constant sound in the corridor outside our door of teenagers running up and down, shouting and banging on doors.As it was mid afternoon we thought little of it but mentioned it at reception on our way out for the afternoon.The reception assured us it would be quiet in the night time and to tell them if we had any problems.We went to bed around 10pm to get rested before our early start.At just gone midnight we were suddenly woken by the same shouting youths, banging on doors etc.We tried to ignore it but it was constant and very disturbing.I went out and asked them to be quiet, which was promptly ignored .We had to go to reception where we learned we had unsupervised young teenagers in the rooms on either side of us and the adult who was supposed to be supervising the was in a room at the end of the corridor, ignoring the chaos her charges were causing. She happened to arrive at reception as we were complaining and stated they were going out now anyway so won't cause any more noise.We returned to our room and tried to get some sleep.At around 4am they returned to their rooms and woke us again.We were so angry at the hotel, why not put the adult in charge of lf the teens in the room between them, instead of us!We had to endure a day of driving whilst tired caused these inconsiderate out of control youths.We won't be back.

monster4459 ,First of all, we are very sorry for what happened and on behalf of the hotel management and staff we would like to apologise for the situation during your stay with us.It is true that when you stayed at the hotel we also had some teenage sports teams and although we warn the people in charge of them to control the noise at night and we put vigilance on the part of the hotel, sometimes, as in this case, we do not manage to avoid disturbing the rest of the guests. Great out-of-town base

This is a great base to stay and explore the city. It’s about 2 miles to the old town - 8 euros in a taxi but it’s worth it as the rooms are so much cheaper than in town. The hotel is modern, has its own underground car park and great food available in the restaurant and room service. Staff are really helpful - the tapas bars they recommended in El Tubo were all wonderful.

A good hotel but be clear about the location.

Modern hotel with good facilties. Staff helpful and dinning facilities quite useful as it is a bit remote from some parts of the city. There is a car park; payable but I managed to park on the street nearby.My only reservation is the location, in the centre of a gyratory road system. A fair walk to the older parts of the city, though close to the Delicias train/bus station. Hire cars are also available from the station, which itself is a huge grim place.If you are seeking a spring board into Spain, with a hire car then it's a good location. Airport bus stops at Delicia station. If you seek a weekend break in historic part, you may prefer another option .

One bad night, one good night.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our luggage. The bathroom was good, a shower and a bath. Everything was very clean. Free parking is available around the hotel or you can pay for the parking garage. Room service is available for dinner but like the restaurant, after 8pm. If you don’t speak Spanish, the staff are happy to spend the time for you to translate. The food is quite limited and not a vegetable in sight. Breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately our room connected to another room and the first night guests were smoking and the stench was in our room too. This is not good for someone with asthma. No problems the second night as the guests had left. Be aware that smoking is allowed in the hotel but not on every floor.

Friendly reception and a quick check in lovely room and bathroom very clean. We arrived at half past eight and were pleased the restaurant was open and we had a very nice meal for only 19€ tenderest beef I’ve had for years. Very quiet and there was coffee and tea making in the rooms the first time in a week in Spain (a proper coffee maker too) a good selection at breakfast although there was a cheaper option near reception which was open all day.i booked this hotel as I thought it was near the station it but a motorway junction in between so not really walking distance a taxi cost 7€ so not really a problem. A long walk to the old town but the weather was nice.
