Spent two nights this past week (based on TripAdvisor reviews) on my way from Madrid to Lleida to Tarragona . . . and loved it. Looks new. Pristine, spacious, especially nice staff, well located in central area (lots of shops and cafes and quick walk to what I continue to believe is the most beautiful basilica in Spain). Good food and bev, huge breakfast spread.

Excellent stay everything was perfect beautiful hotel . Almudena behind reception was amazing and very pleasant kind and helpful with some questions we needed answered about the local area , she was very friendly and had time for us so a big thank you to her ☺️

Scaffolding, Pigeons and Roadworks outside front of hotel

Hotel as of May 2025 has scaffolding covering its front facing facade. The street that the hotel is situated on is being completely dug up for the whole block - so you are unable to drive up to the hotel or have a taxi drop. you at the front door. No onsite parking. Scaffolding along building means pigeons roosting on the scaffolding so you have the delightful cooing of pigeons outside of your window if you are (un)lucky. Staff variable - some extremely genial but couple of front desk staff (women) were very unhelpful and bordering on rude. The above is all acceptable if we were notified of beforehand, of which we were not. How this hotel is rated 4 star is beyond me. I've stayed in better 2 star hotels.Rooms clean, maintenance man for fixing the air con was very helpful.Puzzingly the toilet flushed every time you opened the door to the room- very strange.

Modern hotel in a great location.

Zaragoza is a splendid city to visit and part of its charm it is still not too overrun with tourists. The Innside is a great choice as it is well located for all major sites. It is modern and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Spotless, comfortable room but I still find ‘the bath tub in the middle of the room thing’ a bit weird. Good breakfast and ate in the restaurant one night which was lively and fun. If you join the Melia loyalty scheme you can get two breakfasts for the price of one. No criticisms but felt it was a shame the rooftop bar wasn’t open - not sure why.

A nice hotel in a great location

The hotel located in a very good spot , very close to the old town and to some places to visit. However , the constructions in front of the hotel doesn’t help this place for a cool stay. The room was very clean and the staff very kind. The breakfast was not something special and gives you the feeling of an unorganized place. The environment generally is very cool and nice and very clean
