Clean room, great location

This is a great option for Zaragoza. The location is perfect, walkable to all of the sights and cute areas, while a short taxi to the train station. The gym is extremely good for a hotel gym (best workout of my trip). I didn't have breakfast or try the pool, so my not mentioning them is not a slight! The room was nice and clean. One thing that would have been great would be a coffee machine or even a kettle with tea bags in the room. Especially because nothing opens early there.

horrible service never again

Clean rooms, basic but service upon check in was painfully slow. We got there at 6 pm. A front desk person checked us in then disappeared to the back of the counter and didn’t come back and left our passport on the table. Another guy checking another couple apologized and did check us in but it’s weird cause it wasn’t busy and there was only one other couple checking in at the same time. Would understand if it was busy. Also the staff was indifferent to us like we were an inconvenience. Would recommend to spend time somewhere else where they appreciate your business. I understand services are slow in Spain and don’t mind it specially if it’s obviously busy but this is a little ridiculous.

Nice hotel let down by management

Let me preface this review this is a nice hotel, brilliant location and decent value. However the staff and management need to work on their interaction with customers. The rooftop pool was closed (a reason we booked the hotel), whilst this was unfortunate leaving it to the pool guy to have to explain to upset customers was really bad management. A simple sign at receptin would have stopped any issues. When we complained being told in a very passive aggressive manner we could leave free of charge and go elsewhere instead of trying to remedy the situation by the manager was really bad form. Such a shame that it put a stain on an otherwise brilliant stay in the beautiful city of ZaragozaIf travelling by car and needing an EV charger they have a wenea station which is very easy to use. To avoid confusion the car park entrance is on the footpath to the right of the hotel entrance. Dont go down into the undergrund (public) car park.

Could have been 5/5 but 2 major ‘buts’

I loved the room & the hotel however when a hotel says it has air conditioning & the room temperature is set at 23C then this is a lie. We ended up asking for help & the response was them giving us a fan to help cool the room down but 23C setting when it’s 34C outside is unforgivable.The website pool pictures have chairs by the pool but there were none when we visited, another misrepresentation. The pool area is a restaurant with a pool with no furniture by it. Not inviting at all.Nice welcome & nice gift in room as I have Silver Melia status. Nice Hotel but a few issues

We visited this hotel for a family wedding, but there was a couple of issues, 1. The room was too hot and no AC 2. If you got down to breakfast at 07.30 to 08.0 it was lovely and hot but forget it after those times it would be cold and warmed up in the microwave.Still we did have a nice time and the shower was really nice and big María RO Rubio Omeñaca, Otros at INNSiDE by Melia Zaragoza, responded to this review Dear Bigbearuk49,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience and for choosing us during such a special occasion as a family wedding.We are sorry to hear that the room temperature was not to your liking.
