  A Well-Located and Relaxing Stay in Zaragoza

  The hotel is perfectly located in the center of this quiet yet charming city, making it very easy to walk around and explore.Breakfast was excellent, not crowded, with a great variety of well-prepared food.The room combines a modern classic design with a very inviting atmosphere, making it ideal to relax after a long day.Overall, a very comfortable stay, especially for those looking for a calm and convenient base in Zaragoza.

  A good hotel but not clear why it's rated as 5-star

  The hotel Reina Petronila is definitely a good place to stay in you don't mind being a bit far from the city center.That being said, I am not quite sure what makes it a 5-star hotel. It's clean and nice and very everything, but 5-star? Is it the small swimming pool? Maybe, but unfortunately it was not heated and not that nice in a cold winter month. Jacuzzi was out of service so the whole spa experienceed ended up to be rather poor.Price was good off-season but I am just puzzled as to why it's 5-star. Even the bar on the ground floor is very normal and not particularly premium.

  Mediocre hotel with poor internet

  This is a mediocre hotel. The staff are very nice but it is lacking. Stayed there for a business meeting and the internet barely worked. It is not especially well located. The beds are not especially comfortable. I found a silverfish between the bed sheets !

  Amazing breakfast!

  This is a wonderful hotel! Our room was well-appointed and interestingly laid out. Not being familiar with hotels in Europe we had some challenges learning how to operate the lights and such, but that’s on us! To be honest, the best part of the hotel is the breakfast. We spent 18 days in 11 different hotels and this was the one we keep thinking about.

  It is rated as 5 stars - but do not expect it is like those 5 stars hotels in Barcelona. Staff were nice! Bed was very comfy! Room was spacious! Not near the tourist attractions. Will take ard 35mins walk to the Old town. However, the hotel is well located next to a shopping mall. I personally like the quietness of the hotel and the nearby environment. The hotel was full of 60's / 70's vibes ~ the only one that we do not quite like is - too many mirrors in the room... Would be better if tea / coffee also available in the room.
