  Mucho que mejorar en el trato al cliente

  *ENGLISH BELOW*Mi segunda vez alojándome en Vincci Zentro Zaragoza por un viaje de trabajo.La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica, y las habitaciones suelen estar limpias. La primera vez mi experiencia fue bastante buena, aunque ya noté que el personal de recepción no me hizo sentir especialmente cómoda.Sin embargo, en esta segunda estancia la experiencia fue mucho peor.El 12 de marzo de 2026, alrededor de las 20:30, después de un día de trabajo muy largo y con poco descanso, intenté pedir room service. Llamé varias veces pero nadie contestaba. Entonces pedí ayuda en recepción. El empleado masculino que estaba allí respondió de una forma muy poco amable y desagradable, diciéndome que llamara directamente al 1004.Le expliqué que ya lo había intentado varias veces y le pedí si podía ayudarme. De manera bastante seca dijo que avisaría, pero nunca recibí ninguna llamada de vuelta. Al final, después de un día muy largo de trabajo y necesitando descansar porque tenía que levantarme temprano al día siguiente, tuve que cenar unas patatas fritas en la habitación, ya que nadie volvió a contactar conmigo.Esto no es un servicio profesional, especialmente para un hotel de este nivel.Además, la habitación que me asignaron esta vez (habitación 305) tenía un olor fuerte a podrido durante la noche, que noté cuando me desperté para ir al baño. No sé de dónde venía el olor, pero fue bastante desagradable.Después de esta experiencia, no volveré a alojarme aquí.*English*My second time staying at Vincci Zentro Zaragoza for a business trip.The location is excellent, very central, and the rooms are generally clean. My first stay was fine overall, although I already noticed that the reception staff didn’t make me feel particularly comfortable.Unfortunately, during my second stay the experience was much worse.On March 12, 2026, around 20:30, after a very long workday and with little sleep, I tried to order room service. I called several times but no one answered. I then contacted reception to ask for help. The male staff member at the desk responded in a very unfriendly and dismissive way, telling me to call 1004 directly.I explained that I had already tried several times and asked if he could please help. He reluctantly said he would inform them, but I never received a call back. In the end, after a long day of work and needing to rest before an early start the next morning, I had to eat chips for dinner in my room because no one followed up.This was not professional service, especially for a hotel of this level.Additionally, the room I was given this time (Room 305) had a strong rotten smell during the night, which I noticed when I woke up to use the bathroom. I have no idea where the smell was coming from, but it was very unpleasant.Because of this experience, I will not be staying here again.   The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful indicating what to see and do while visiting Zaragoza. In the Reception area, Daniel, provided a map of the city, he explained all the hotel amenities. In the restaurant Simona and Alberto were very attentive. These three employees need to be recognized for their excellent service and attitude.

  Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Close to the old town and all the attractions, walking distance to the bars/restaurants/museums. Close to bus/tram stops.

  Nice modern hotel with simple furnishings. Although room was not large, there was a small desk space and electric plug conveniently located beside it. Bathroom had good shower and decent toiletry shelf. Breakfast was good with reasonable number of selections. We parked in hotel garage which is hard to find (behind the hotel). Hotel will give you address (27 San Miguel, I believe) of parking, and once at the parking entrance, you push a button on wall so they will let you in. Parking spaces are small and tight to maneuver into. Very central location.

  Nice, clean and calm place to stay in the center of Zaragoza city. We booked it directly in the Hotel and the personal was very polite.
