    We went to Cloud Red at Cinnamon Red.The reservation was handled by Tyrone and Pathum who took excellent care of my daughter and the team throughout the experience.We truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness and support. Their warm hospitality made the visit even more enjoyable. Thank you to Mr. Ishan Rodrigo, Tyrone, Pathum and the entire team for the outstanding service.Highly recommended!

    We had the dinner buffet at Cinnamon Red yesterday, and the experience was outstanding, largely because of the wonderful team who looked after us.A special appreciation to Samitha, the Food and Beverage Manager, for the excellent leadership and warm hospitality. Samitha ensured that everything was well organized and that guests felt genuinely welcomed.Shane, the Outlet Manager, was professional, attentive, and always available to assist, making the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable.A big thank you to Chef Ajith, who prepared a delicious buffet with a great variety of dishes. The quality, presentation, and flavors were exceptional.Kavindya, the Hostess, greeted us with a beautiful smile and a friendly attitude, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.We would also like to recognize Eranga and Anthony for their outstanding service.
