    Location excellent- lifts problematic and take a while to get to the floor.Power outages seem to be managed ok.Cleaning done when requested and mahendra is excellent.

    Regarding the cleaning services here in granbell hotel the staffs Lochana and Rifas did a very great job, truly appreciate the pristine service.

    We ate at cafe CN for a light breakfast. Luvindha served us. Luvindha was very pleasant and happy. She made us 2 special coffee’s that made us smile. Overall a very relaxed experience. Thank you.
