The hotel was built in 1875. The hotel has 2 lifts and features 104 rooms and 5 suites. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     I had another hotel booked in Fort, but when we arrived, we decided we didn't want to stay there. Since Grand Oriental was close by, I booked this instead. This heritage hotel has seen better days...

    Staff mostly were pleasant and helpful. Nice mango (?) juice upon checkin. Nice lobby area. Rooms were old and definitely not cleaned well (refrigerator not cleaned out). Refrigerator didn't work...
