This centrally located luxury hotel lies in the business quarter opposite the old parliament buildings and just 100 m from the sea. Just a few minutes walk away is the Pettah Bazaar Quarter. The bus and train station are just 200 m away and easily reached due to the hotel's main road location. The shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within 2 km of the hotel and can easily be reached using public transport. Just 1 km outside the town centre, tourists can appreciate the beautiful views of Lake Beira. The nearest airport is around 35 km away and takes around 45 minutes to reach with public transport.

The hotel has 3 lifts and features 384 rooms and 41 suites. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Café Kai at the Hilton is one of our favorite places to unwind after a hectic day at work. The whole family enjoys stopping by for an evening snack, and it has become a special part of our routine. The food and cakes are always fresh and delicious, and the café latte is definitely my favorite. A special thank you to Dilshan for his exceptional service, friendly attitude, and attention to detail. He always makes us feel welcome and adds to the wonderful experience. Great food, amazing cakes, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere—Café Kai is definitely my go-to place for a café latte and family evening treats. Highly recommended!
