    Beautiful location i have been to most of the hotels in Sri Lankan but never tasted food like in Radisson gall . Compliment to chef Kapila goes to all the tables and check guest satisfaction

    5 star staff but 2 for the following.Second hotel who advised no booking (another couple had same problem and our guides/driver had to correct problem). Were given disability room which was good but had a dirty floor. Next day no service (same other couple) phoned house keeping someone came to service and swept floor with broom of fluff and dirt into shower.We wanted to go the the beach for dinner for the seafood but reception advised that it was closed but after dinner at their restaurant where the Sri Lanka food was very good we went to th beach where the beach area was opened.
