We had a wonderful experience and the staff did a major part to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay, Mr Sandeep should be highlighted as he gave an exceptional service. Food, Drinks, the activities were simply amazing, looking forward to visit again.

Lovely, luxury stay at cinnamon Habarana lodge

We’ve had a lovely few days at cinnamon lodge Habarana as part of our tour of Sri Lanka. We love to swim and the full sized pool delighted my wife as we could get our lengths in before the extensive breakfast buffet with fresh cooked disa, hoppers and eggs. The evening food was also great with a special shout out to the noodle chef!Whilst here we climbed sigiriya rock at dawn, explored polonawara and say wild elephants up close on a jeep trek into the national park.Our lodges were very comfortable and well equipped, have to give a special mention to priyantha our room attendant who always had a smile he asked us what we were doing and if there was anything we needed. When he heard we were going on safari he arranged for cute “elephant” towels to be left in our rooms. A lovely touch.Cinnamon lodge is an excellent, luxury base to explode the area and I’ve not even mentioned the extensive grounds and facilities.

We visited Cinnamon Lodge in Habarana as part of our tour of Sri Lanka. It is a well maintained hotel , staff are exceptional, the buffets were great. Cinnamon Lodge showcases all that Sri Lanka promises its visitors. Hospitality and genuine care , great food and a welcome that is very Sri Lankan. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay! The environment was very calm and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The meals were delicious, and the service was warm and friendly. This was our office annual trip with more than 10 families, and everyone felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We had a lovely experience and would happily recommend this place to others.

As part of our 2 week stay in Sri Lanka, we were lucky to spend 2 nights at Cinnamon Lodge, Habarana. The hotel is lovely, situated very close to the national park. There is a lake, which is nice to take an evening stroll by before getting ready for the evening. Rooms are clean and tidy, and made up each day. We came back to the hotel after our visit to the national park and the staff member who had made up our room had made an elephant from one of the towels. Perfect timing! The pool is lovely and there are plenty of padded sunbeds to relax on. Buffet at breakfast and evening was very good, with lots to choose from. The bar area is very relaxing and perfect after a busy day. All of the staff are fantastic, and extremely welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. A special thanks to Adanka for looking after us at both dinner and breakfast. It is very much appreciated. This is our first time in Sri Lanka, and we will definitely be back. Thank you all for making this a most memorable stay.
