    We recently celebrated the wedding of our close friends, Dinesh and Nina, at Citrus Wadduwa on 25 May, and I had the privilege of coordinating most of the arrangements with the hotel's banquet team.I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hiranya, the Banquets Manager, for her exceptional support, professionalism, and dedication throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. From the initial discussions to the successful execution of the event, Hiranya was always available, responsive, and committed to ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made a significant difference and helped create a truly memorable day for the couple.I would also like to extend my appreciation to Chef and his team for delivering an excellent dining experience and contributing greatly to the success of the celebration. The food and service were highly appreciated by our guests.In addition to the wedding function, we booked more than 10 rooms for ourselves and our guests. Several guests stayed at the hotel both before and after the wedding, allowing them to enjoy the property and celebrations comfortably. While the overall stay was pleasant, there are a few areas that could be improved.Communication from the front office could be more efficient, as there were instances where information was not communicated clearly. Additionally, some guests who arrived late at night wished to order room service and found that only a limited food selection was available, with no beverage options other than water. As a star-class hotel, it would be beneficial to offer basic beverage options such as soft drinks for guests requiring room service during late hours.Despite these minor concerns, our overall experience was excellent. Once again, my sincere thanks to Hiranya, Chef, and the entire banquet team for their hard work and commitment in making Dinesh and Nina's wedding day such a wonderful and unforgettable occasion.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests.The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the dining area was clean and welcoming.I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout my stay.
