Love to visit Sri lanka is wonderful country for each place.This resort is nice but should be improve about the service and hospitality. We arrived night time. Yes they have big room and nice view, Unfortunately we had bad experience during breakfast.No service for breakfast and take long time and they asked each other no coordination.(reception and one man). She (waitress) gave us watermelon juice, but my one have a Fly, I aksed to changed she took and I was waiting and she was preparing setup other table, at the time even no busy is very quite. I asked where is my drink, simply she said oh you wanna that drink. Really dissapointed for service.No warm tea or coffee even water. And they gave us box breakfast that also is not standard of resort. My friend and i open that box was shocked, Bad experienced ??. Two stars for locationRooms were not cleanBathroom walls were dirty bidet was rusty and windows were so dirty. We have just returned from our 6th visit to the beautiful country of Sir Lanka. We were lucky to stay at the beautiful hotel Kamili Beach Resort. Everything was fantastic. The room was very comfortable with a very comfortable bed and much needed aircon. Cleanliness was excellent throughout, including the beautiful swimming pool.The staff were very polite and always at hand if you needed them. Nothing was too much trouble. The choice and quality of food and drinks were all first class.The location was just right for trips out. A lot of the main sight seeing trips could be done as a day trip. The hotel also has the beach and sea in front of it.This resort provided excellent value for money.We would like to wish Sujith and all of his team every success for the future. It is well deserved. We are now looking forward to returning to Kamili Beach next year.
