Amaya Hills Hotel offers a memorable stay, especially for those who appreciate scenic beauty and a peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of my visit was the stunning misty sunrise—watching the soft light break through the hills while surrounded by drifting clouds was truly unforgettable and easily the standout moment of the trip.The hotel itself has a charming, traditional feel that reflects local character and heritage. While this adds to its authenticity, some areas do feel slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh. That said, the overall ambiance remains warm and inviting.We had a family room which was spacious, but it did have some issues with mosquitoes, likely due to the high ceilings allowing them to hide.The buffet, unfortunately, was a bit underwhelming. While there was a reasonable selection, the quality and variety didn’t quite meet expectations for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, although there were plenty of staff, the service didn’t always feel as attentive or efficient as it could have been.Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel still delivers a pleasant experience overall. The breathtaking views, tranquil setting, and unique charm make it a worthwhile stay. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend it to travelers looking for relaxation and beautiful surroundings.

The Amaya hill hotel is great, we felt very comfortable and very welcome from the first moment. The service with all the staff is unbeatable, the food is delicious and the rooms are very lovingly and thoroughly maintained by Sarangeetha.
