  Staff 4 star some interested others not. Room very good and very clean. Great walk to the lift to rooms where you see the gardens and the surrondings.Food not very good and where was the Sri Lanka food at night and it was on the breakfast buffet. Too much western. Very diappointedn with restaurant.

  Perfect for a night in kandy

  Great hotel for a night in kandy before picking up the blue train. Very picturesque, lovely food at the buffet restaurant, big pool, nice old fashioned bar and good cocktails. Nice big room and the staff gave me a birthday cake to celebrate.

  Lovely central hotel

  We stayed at this resort on the 4th night our our Sri Lankan tour.The hotel is centrally located, & beautifully laid out. The rooms were very comfortable, with everything you could need included. We chose to eat in the specialty restaurant, & had a amazing meal, very reasonably priced.The staff really couldn't do enough for you, & were very friendly.

  An impressive looking hotel

  Our three night stay was very much a mixed bag. The hotel has a beautiful reception area. It is quiet and peaceful and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Parts of the hotel need some TLC. We had a few issues with our bathroom, the toilet flush stopped working on day one and we had a leak in the shower, we reported both issues and the hotel were straight onto it. Unfortunately the shower continued to leak so the bathroom floor was flooded each time we used it. Service at breakfast was inconsistent.The buffet breakfast was varied, the pool area was lovely. The spa treatment was very good but could have been more relaxing, the phone constantly rang and wasn’t answered, people were coming and going.

  Ravi is excellent at house keeping. He always made towel animals which my kids loved. Ravi followed every instruction to the T and was very kind.
