A wonderful Holiday at the Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort

Everything was absolutely wonderful, and we truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. A special thank to Manugi who was exceptional – always kind, attentive, and ready to help, which made our experience even more special.An added highlight of our holiday were the tours organized by Kumara located on the beach. They were very well organized, reliable, and offered a wide variety of options to suit different interests, allowing us to explore and enjoy so many memorable experiences.

First time stay at Sheraton Kosgoda Beach

Stayed for 2 weeks early March and found the hotel staff so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. so so helpful and really made our holiday special.We had a small problem with our first room with a ocean view which was changed with minimum fuss by Nimesha Karunathlake who constantly worked to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. Wide choice of food at main restaurant any all staff members were so attentive. Swanning pool area kept very clean, tidy and excellent service from Pool staff at all timesThe rooftop bar Blue was sometimes quiet but again the service from the staff was very goodThe Pool area Bar Olive was also outstanding service and a special thank you to Kasun and the other Bar staff who become great friends during our stayBeach area wonderful and fairly quiet. the surf was fairly strong so may not be suitable for swimming by allWould definitely go back for another stay as great location for busy day trips and return to peaceful setting to chillWonderful staff

We had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Kosgoda. The rooms are spacious and the hotel grounds are well maintained. The food is very good with a wide range of dishes to choose from. The hotel staff are exceptional. Special thanks to Nimesha at the front desk who was always helpful and accommodating, to Abdullah in the restaurant who went out of his way everyday to make us feel welcome and well tended to and to Chef Saliya who ensured our dining experience was extra special.The beach is expansive and largely empty. There are very few people trying to sell you trinkets and tours. There are some tour guides and drivers on the beach but they are not aggressive. Special thanks to Kumara and Tharaka who were our guides/ drivers. They were both reliable, trustworthy and professional. They can be reached by Whatsapp +94 775517726. I highly recommend them.

Excellent friendly staff. We were particularly looked after by Susupun. He provided us with lots of information about Sri Lanka and its culture and food.Rooms are looking tired, need some upgrades but clean and comfortable.
