    A really nice on the beach hotel.The room was great, ocean views good a/c  clean and comfortable.Prasad at reception was fantastic and very very helpful.Restaurant was very good and we would book in here if in the area.

    Very clean, large rooms. Big beautiful breakfast, try the Sri Lankan breakfast - be weary it is spicy, but delicious. This was our first night in Sri Lanka and a great taste of what is to come. Toilet and bathroom clean, shower low pressure but does the job! Atmosphere is ambient

    The first stop in our tour of Sri Lanka. Super transit hotel with a great pool overlooking the sea. Not a great experience for the beach but nice enough to go for a walk. It’s a working beach and so wonderful to see all the boats and fishermen. The hotel is spotless,wonderful staff who are all so polite and welcoming. Food was exceptional with such a fantastic choice. Hats off to the chefs. Rooms were amazing with a great view of the sea and beach.

    Avoid like the plague

    Has to be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. And we have travelled far and wide. Bitterly disappointed with this hotel who's position is superb on the beach. The hotel is dreadfully dark, like a "Fred Flintstone cave", very dingy. Our hotel room was dreadfully hot and unpleasant.A bathroom with clear glass and roller blinds that are torn and frayed. The air conditioning didn't work, neither did the portable fan which was promptly replaced. A fridge that was barely working, keeping our cold water cool, not cold. No hand towels, but they too were brought, no welcome drinks and a receptionist whom didn't seem to care. A manager whom didn't want to attend to complaints, but we tracked him down. Things were rectified best by the housekeeping manager. However at dinner the food was very good. Though lacking accompaniments. Furnishings were tatty, cushions on balcony torn.
