Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at Trinco Blu!The view of the ocean is unbeatable & the service of the team was significantly above mark! Special mention to Jasintha & Vijitha for spoiling us with wonderful array of appam’s! We were thrilled to have tasted such tasty appams made with so much care! Also to Jeyanathan & Mahesh for their warm care in making sure we were well looked after during our stay! We will certainly be back!

Location is fab. Beach chalet Rooms open into the beach which is great. Boats come to the beach outside the room to pick up for pigeon island and dolphin watching. The veg food was great and the staff very very warm and courteous. I hope to return back

Unforgettable 2-day family stay with exceptional service!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to families. The entire staff was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. They even offered us free guidance to tour the area, including dolphin watching and visiting nearby temples and kovils.Our kids absolutely loved the sea, which was very safe to swim in for 2–3 hours every day. The hotel's private beach was clean, well-managed, and perfect for relaxing.A special thank you to Ms. Thanuja, who was exceptionally kind from day one. She consistently checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beachfront retreat with great service

This resort is truly exceptional in every aspect—from the warm welcome and seamless check-in experience to its stunning beachfront setting, excellent facilities, cleanliness, and great service esp. by Mahesh and the team at breakfast.One of the highlights was the check-in process. Unlike many hotels where guests are required to wait at the reception desk, here we were invited to relax with a welcome drink while the staff collected our passports, completed the formalities, and simply brought over a tablet for our signature. It was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire stay.We stayed in a Beach Chalet, which was located right by the shore and provided a wonderfully relaxing environment for our two-night stay. Having direct access to the beach made our experience even more memorable.The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of options, including live stations serving authentic Sri Lankan specialties such as freshly made hoppers. The in-room dining service was also very good, with prompt delivery and quality food. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable and stable throughout our stay.Another feature we particularly appreciated was the daily evening housekeeping service, during which staff checked whether we needed any additional amenities such as drinking water, tea bags, or other essentials. This proactive approach reflected the resort’s commitment to guest comfort.The resort’s location is another major advantage. Situated at the end of a street lined with restaurants, cafés, and other hotels, it offers plenty of dining choices within easy walking distance for guests who wish to explore alternatives to the hotel’s own restaurants.
