    where do i start? hands down THE BEST experience ever.. let’s start with the staff (trying to remember all the names) ; brandon, quincy, natari, sam, sherlorne, kayah… and the rest of the bel jou staff, AMAZING hospitality from them. so kind, so lovely, so polite and they really made my time here an unforgettable one. the food from the chefs was amazing every single day, different themes each dinner and each one was delicious. pools are lovely and not too busy as well. lost for words honestly. blown away. if you’re coming to st lucia and you’re thinking about a place to stay…. BEL JOU is THE place. will be returning very soon. love

    My anniversary stay (1 night w/ a late check out) was nothing short of exceptional. From booking the reservation to actually checking in and enjoying the amenities, Bel Jou hotel exceeded my expectations. The team members are very welcoming, friendly and go the extra mile to assist you. Our beautifully decorated room had a lovely view of the pool and watching the sun go down from the balcony was amazing.If you’re not interested in the buffet styled dinner there’s an option to make a reservation at the à la carte restaurant. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with this option! The buffet breakfast & lunch had quite a few options to choose from with even local breakfast options. I particularly liked how it catered to all dietary restrictions. Lulus cabana is great for getting your cocktails and other lunch options should you not want to go on the buffet. All in all the overall experience was amazing. My only regret is not booking a longer stay

    We have just returned from a wonderful one week stay at the Bel Jou Hotel in St Lucia. We cannot praise the hotel enough, from the wonderful variety of food on offer at breakfast, lunch and dinner to the absolutely amazing staff. Every area of the hotel was staffed with the friendliest and most helpful people you could ever wish for on a vacation. Special mention must be made of Princess and Janet in the restaurant and Tariq and Laurence in the gardens and general areas - always smiling, always asking if everything was okay and could they do anything to help. Also, a shout out to our wonderful chambermaid who kept our room so clean and tidy and was always there with a 'good morning' and a smile. The reception staff were very helpful and gave great advice on any query. ALL of the staff were just fantastic and we would like to thank Dean the Manager for his interest in our opinions and his 'always available' attitude - it really did make a difference. The room was excellent with an amazing view of the lower pool, the sea and the sunset!Thank you Bel Jou, we will definitely be back!
