Location

The hotel is located near Castries in the southwest of St Lucia, approximately 1.5 km from the Caribbean Sea and its beaches. The ultimate rainforest hideaway, it is situated 1,100 feet above sea level. Hewanorra International Airport is 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

In addition to 6 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 32 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with a fan. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The bungalow complex has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, fishing and horse riding are available. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, snorkelling and diving or, for a fee, catamaraning. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

The complex includes a restaurant and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes (dinner à la carte). Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We stayed from June 4-8 and had the best experience. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, the entire staff treated us like we were their best friends. They helped at every moment with no expectations and greeted us every time we saw anyone on the resort. A special shout out to the guest services manager Sherin who went above and beyond. When the bug bites got to us, she ensured we were comfortable. Give her a promotion now! By the way… the rooms are unmatched and the food is phenomenal!

    Amazing honeymoon experience

    Stayed here with my wife for a few days on our honeymoon trip to Saint Lucia. We were in the villa la fleur room which was quite amazing (heated pool, butler service, etc.). The room has doors that will close and AC so we had no issues with bugs or room temperature. The food and staff were nothing short of great. We also had a fantastic couples massage and really enjoyed walking around the property. If/when we ever return to the island we would be curious to see what Jade Mountain and Sugar beach are like in comparison, but I can already tell the view won’t be as nice. If you aren’t traveling with kids I highly recommend staying here.     The best views right out of your room with even better staff! Vianney made sure to check in and make us feel very welcome. No need to ever leave the resort with the restaurant on site too.     Our Home Away From Home in Saint Lucia

    We just came back from another amazing stay at Ladera Resort and honestly, everything was beautiful as always. We were 4 people staying in 2 rooms, and this was actually our 4th time spending a few nights here — which says a lot already!Every time we come back, we feel at home. The staff is absolutely incredible and they always treat us like family. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, and that’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back.The views are just WOW, the heated pool is stunning, the food is always delicious, and breakfast every morning was amazing. We also loved the new spa — such a relaxing and beautiful space.One of our favorite things is still the forest trail and the giant mango tree house.
